Medium-Dark Roast. Bold, Structured, Never Harsh.

If you love bold coffee but want it smooth and intentional — Toasted Crest delivers. Exceptional for cold brew as well.

Toasted Crest is our refined take on a medium-dark roast. Brazilian Catuaí, Catucaí, and Mundo Novo from Cerrado (900–1,400m, pulped natural) build the chocolate foundation and full body. Mexican Bourbon and Typica from Chiapas (1,300–1,750m, washed) add clean structure and balance. Together they sit in the sweet spot between medium and dark — deeply satisfying without crossing into harshness.

Rich cocoa depth, toasted nut warmth, and a clean finish that lingers. Specialty-grade Arabica, roasted fresh to order — bold flavor without the harsh acids or over-roasted bitterness that make most dark-leaning coffees rough on your stomach.

Best Brewed:

  • Cold brew
  • Automatic drip
  • Espresso

In the Cup

In drip, expect a comforting, robust pour with rounded chocolate notes and smooth texture. In cold brew, the cocoa depth and toasted warmth shine without any sharpness. In espresso, dense crema and rich body — depth without bitterness.

Origin & Region

Brazil, Mexico This blend sources from Brazilian estates in the Cerrado region with their systematic farming approaches and controlled drying methods, paired with Mexican beans from Chiapas where family farms and cooperatives maintain traditional cultivation practices. Both regions offer reliable supply chains and established quality protocols.

Blend Composition

This medium-dark roast combines Mexican Bourbon and Typica varietals for clean sweetness and balanced acidity with Brazilian Catuaí, Catucaí, and Mundo Novo for rich body and chocolate depth. The Mexican varietals provide structural elegance and brightness that complements the Brazilian cultivars' natural sweetness and full body, creating a well-developed roast that bridges medium and dark characteristics while maintaining origin distinction.

Altitude & Processing

900-1,750 MASL (meters above sea level) This medium-dark blend combines Brazilian beans (900-1,400m) using pulped natural processing for rich chocolate foundation and full body, with Mexican beans (1,300-1,750m) washed for clean structure and bright balance. The complementary processing methods create a robust, well-developed cup that bridges medium and dark roast characteristics with depth and clarity.

Bought 3 different beans

Bought 3 different beans. Two blends and a single origin. None have disappointed in any way. The SO is my favorite so far. Can’t wait to try others in the future.

We're so happy to hear that all three beans have been a hit for you. Our team of roasters take great pride in creating blends and single origins that are never harsh and offer a unique depth of flavor. We hope you continue to enjoy our products and we can't wait to share more with you in the future. Thank you! Crema Peaks Team
