We provide specialty-grade coffee and gear. While we strive for excellence, we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information will meet every personal expectation, though we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (see our Return & Refund Policy).
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
SECTION 6 - SUBSCRIPTIONS (SUBSCRIBE & SAVE)
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring deliveries and automatic billing. Subscription management, including cancellations and frequency changes, is governed by our Purchase & Subscription Policy. Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing date to prevent the processing of that cycle's order.
SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order. This includes orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
