Welcome to Crema Peaks Coffee. We are committed to providing you with premium, specialty-grade coffee, roasted fresh to order. Because our process begins almost immediately to ensure maximum freshness and purity, the following terms govern all purchases, subscriptions, and promotional offers made through cremapeaks.com (the "Site").
By placing an order with Crema Peaks Coffee, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Cancellations & Changes
Due to our rapid processing, roasting, and shipping times, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. We roast to order to ensure peak freshness. Please verify your order details and payment method before submitting.
Address Corrections: If an address error occurs, please contact support@cremapeaks.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. While we will attempt to make the correction, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered our fulfillment system.
2. Subscription Terms (Subscribe & Save)
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring deliveries at the frequency selected.

Automatic Billing: Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically for each delivery.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer portal or the link in your order confirmation email.

Cut-off Time: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
3. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to purchase upcoming or out-of-stock items. We may collect a full or partial deposit at checkout.

Cancellation: You may cancel a pre-order any time before it has been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, the standard return policy applies.
4. Try Before You Buy
For eligible items, we will authorize your payment method at checkout but will not charge the full amount immediately. You will have a specified trial period. If the product is not returned within that period, your payment method will be charged the full purchase price.

- If the customer is not happy with the product they may contact us to request a full-refund with a short statement of way, or allow us the opportuniy to find a coffee prodcut that may fit their taste.
6. Refund Process

Refund Process: If you are not satisfied with your coffee, 100% Money Back-Guarntee, or we'll help you find a roasts that works. At the customer's discretion. Contact support@cremapeaks.com within 14 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and a brief description of your experience.

Resolution: Upon verification, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The customer is not required to return the product due to our roasting facility setup that does not receive returns unless product was damaged in shipping.

Limitations: It does not apply to gear or accessories via our Amazon Affilate program. Any request for returns or refunds must go through Amazon directly.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We pride ourselves on our purity standards, ensuring every batch is tested for mycotoxins, mold, and heavy metals. Once our "Certified Roasting Partner" fulfills the order, shipping times are subject to the carrier. Crema Peaks Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we will assist in locating lost packages where possible.
7. Returns & Refunds
For all items not covered by the FIRST100SMOOTH Guarantee, please refer to our standard Returns Policy. Generally, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on delivered or opened bags of coffee beans, K-pods, or Matcha unless there is a verifiable quality defect.
