Return & Refund Policy

At Crema Peaks Coffee, we take pride in our handcrafted, specialty-grade coffee and tea. Your satisfaction is our absolute priority.

1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your coffee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know. We stand behind our products with a 100% money-back guarantee. If the coffee doesn't meet your expectations, contact us at support@cremapeaks.com within 30 days of delivery, and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

2. Physical Returns (Unopened Items Only)

Because our products are consumable, we do not accept physical returns on opened coffee or tea packages for safety and quality reasons.

  • Unopened Items: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for unopened and unused products (such as coffee gear or sealed bags).
  • Process: To initiate a return for an unopened item, contact us at support@cremapeaks.com. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label.

3. Damages, Defects, and Errors

Please inspect your order immediately. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@cremapeaks.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will immediately issue a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

While our Satisfaction Guarantee covers your happiness with the product, the following items cannot be physically returned for a refund to the original payment method unless covered by the guarantee:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

5. Refunds

Once a refund is approved (either under our Satisfaction Guarantee or after inspecting an unopened return):

  • Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing Time: Banks/credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

6. Order Cancellations & Changes

Due to our rapid roasting and fulfillment process, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please verify all details before checkout.
