Altitude & Processing
Typical tea elevations: 300–2,000 ft Shade-grown for several weeks to enhance chlorophyll and amino acids, then hand-plucked, steamed to prevent oxidation, dried, and de-stemmed into tencha before slow stone-milling into fine matcha.
